• 4 January 2013 - Cédric Dugardin has been appointed Chairman of the Management Board of Financière Quick SAS

  In a meeting today chaired by Jean Eichenlaub, the Supervisory Board of Financière Quick SAS noted the departure of Jacques-Edouard Charret, Chairman of the Management Board of Financière Quick SAS, following his decision to pursue new projects. Cédric Dugardin, Deputy General Manager, who joined the Group in 2007, was appointed Chairman of the Management Board as his successor.
